Frequently asked questions
Where do my files get uploaded?
Nowhere. convert-to.cc has no server: conversion runs in your browser tab and files never leave your device. You can verify it in the DevTools Network tab or in airplane mode.
Is it free?
Yes, completely: no task limits, no signup and no watermarks.
Does it work offline?
Yes. After your first visit the tools keep working offline — try airplane mode and see.
Which formats are supported?
Input: JPG, PNG, WebP, iPhone HEIC/HEIF, SVG and GIF. Output: PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP.
Are there size limits?
Up to 100 photos at once and 50 MB per file — browser limits, not server ones. There are no server caps.
Why does iPhone HEIC fail elsewhere but work here?
iPhones shoot HEIC, which Windows and many services can't read. convert-to.cc converts HEIC to JPEG right on your device — no cloud upload.
